Fitness

In this report I will tell you about some interesting facts and ways to live healthy and be fit.

Our body needs to move, and a very easy way to do it is to do sports, it is a easy way to be active and healthy, and if we do sports we will lose kilos, that will save us from obesity problems.

We also need to help our body; our body does amazing things for us, so a way to keep it healthy is to eat fruits and vegetables that will keep us with energy. Our ideal weight, that is depending the size of a person and the age, of kids from 10-12 years the appropriately weight is 47-52 kilos.

To sum up, our body needs to be health and active and the only way to do that is to make sports, and eat fruits and vegetables
